Screencast-o-matic

This is a free screenrecorder where you can record what happens on the screen or from your webcam. The service is so easy to use that nobody will have any problems. 
No registration is required. Up to 15 minutes can be recorded in the free version. You only have to allow Java to run on your PC.
The recordings can be saved to your computer, YouTube or on the Screencast-o-Matic website. If you need to embed a recording on a personal website you can get an embed code.

Dropbox i probably well known for many people. You can save private files in "the Cloud" and acces them on nearly all of you own computers and devices.
As a teacher it is important to know how to share files in Dropbox:
1. In your public folder you can share with everyone with the link.Read about it here.
2. I a private folder you can give access to registered users on Dropbox. Read about it here.
3. In the Photo folder you can make public photo galleries that are visible to everyone with the link. Read about it here.

 

MindMeister

Mindmeister is a (free) Brainstorming service that allows several users to work together in groups if they are users on the site and you give them sharing rights. You can share your work both as htlm or via a read-only link.
There are mobile apps for Mindmeister - free for Android and iPhone.
On the website there are a lot of helpfiles, probably in your own language (shown automatically).
The strong part is the team handling, where users can share and work together.
In the free version you can only have 3 mindmaps at a time.
